ICAMEM2008 will be held at the 4-star El-Mouradi Club Kantoui hotel located in Sousse,Tunisia. It is a very beautiful hotel with indoor fitness and swimming pools.

The hotel rate per night for one person in a double room (ie, sharing with another person) in full-board is 36 Tunisian Dinars (approximately 22 Euros).

For a single room (ie, one person per room), the hotel rate per night for one person in full board is 51 Tunisian Dinars (approximately 30 Euros).

The full-board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The above rates are the conference rates and conference participants are requested to pay the organizing committee the hotel fees in addition to the registration fees in Tunisian Dinars and then the committee will pay the hotel. Conference participants will be responsible for paying the hotel for any additional expenses such as phone calls etc …

For your convenience, the hotel has a currency exchange bank and can accept major credit cards.

Conference participants are requested to send an email to icamem2008.info@gnet.tn if they wish to have a single or a double room by writing in the email object “Reservation of a single or double room”.

It is worth noting that ICAMEM2008 participants coming from outside Tunisia can arrive on December 15^th, 2008 (one day before the conference) and benefit from the above rates. Participants coming from within Tunisia must arrive by December 16^th before 10AM. The official opening of the conference is scheduled at 11AM. All the participants must leave the hotel on December 18^th at 1PM (13H:00). For those who wish to stay few more days, the organizing committee can try to negotiate with the hotel new rates.
